Lifestyle: Season Beauty Update

New season, new beauty and skin care. See my thoughts below on all of the products above and more!

Juice Beauty: Makeup & Skin care with a focus on organic and sustainable practices. I first used their makeup line, which Gwyneth Paltrow is the creative director for, about a year ago and was really pleased with it. With eager anticipation, I was thrilled to try their skin care line.

Green Apple Peel: This peel is to be used one to two times a week for spa like exfoliation. It reduces the appearance of dark spots and discoloration. You'll feel some slight tingling while letting this product work it's magic for 10 minutes or so.

Green Apple Brightening Essence: Gently press into your skin to allow this essence to smooth, moisturize, and brighten.

Green Apple Age Defying Moisturizer: The mix of beautiful organic ingredients smells wonderfully close to Fruit Loops. This cream evens texture and smooths. I can fully feel the rich hydration my skin absorbs!

If you're looking for a natural and organic line, I haven't tried any better! Truly one of my favorites in skin care.

Musely Hydrogel Eye Mask: An over-night eyes mask, I've been using this two times a week. Grape seed reduces fine lines and aging. Prickly pear seed oil works to brighten and promote elasticity. These can be purchased as a one time purchase option or as a subscription, (which I love) saving you time and money! A perfect under eye revival to use before a event, meeting, photo shoot, or just as a weekly refresher!

ECRU New York: I had the wonderful opportunity of being introduced to this brand during NYFW. Here I'm wearing their Velvet Air Lipstick in Mulberry. It's ultra pigmented satin to matte formula is one that I adore and have been wearing non-stop this season. I'm also quite obsessed with their  Dry Texture Spray. It's a mix of dry shampoo and hair spray giving my new cut curl definition, hold, and volume without the stickiness you normally associate with a texture spray. #OBSESSED

Insta Natural Eczema Cream: After my post on clearing up Brookies time to time eczema, I received questions about what other brands I thought were helpful for this. Insta Natural instantly came to mind because of the wonderful price point, natural ingredients, and general trustworthiness. This cream uses the power of Oatmeal, Shea butter, Meadowfoam and Safflower Oil, and Niacinamide & Panthenol. All of this works together to sooth, replenish, calm irritation, strengthen the skin barrier, reduce moisture loss, reduce redness, and nourish skin.

Age-Defying Eye Cream: I share a good bit of lux skin care and with that I understand that while the products I share are truly wonderful, they don't fit everyones budget. As I mentioned above, Insta Natural has wonderful price points that make natural, great skin care affordable! This $20 cream has a multi-tasking formula that addresses all skin eye concerns. Chamomile to reduce puffiness and dark circles, peptides to smooth lines and wrinkles, and Shea butter with safflower oil for radiance, combine for an all encompassing eye cream.

Claris Blue Orchid Face Treatment Oil: Just posted a full review HERE with links so if you haven't read it, know the wondrous reputation Clarins has, and are curious of one of my favorite oils, follow the link to catch up!

Avène Xera Calm: Read the full review of these products and the Kindness Is Power Campaign HERE with links as well. A trusted brand for our entire family. This is a highly recommend product.

ScentBird: You know I love this subscription fragrance service and I know many of you enjoy them as well. They've just launched a fun line of hand creams. Easy to throw in your bag, or give as a stocking stuffer, I truly thought you'd like to know about this fun new venture from ScentBird. Light scents made with fruit extract and essential oil are both hydrating and fun. The best part? You can try them as a part of your subscription if you already use Scentbird!

Bliss Foaming Energizing Face Mask: This is one of my favorite products right now. It revitalizing and energizing. It brightens and detoxifies your skin. It's self activating and works in 5 minutes. I've naturally gravitated toward it not only because of the wonderful fresh citrus scent, but that I can pack in so much goodness to my morning routine in only five minutes. I usually use this in the shower because let's face it, everyday I don't have time for a full skin routine. P.S My husband loves it too!

Michael Kors Sexy Ruby: Although I enjoy scent variety, I can be very particular when it comes to scents I love and use regularly. Key notes: Raspberry, Apricot, Indian Jasmine Sambac, making  this scent feminine and romantic without being too sweet or overly floral. It comes in three sizes that I've linked, one of which you is the rollerball that you can purchase as an introduction to the scent. It's all I've been wearing lately.

Pranamat: This therapeutic massage mat is something I use each day. I don't want you to be surprised by the texture so you should know it's a bit sharp but not painful. I've found it's hits all the right points and I usually lean or rock into the areas I most need the pressure on. It's been extremely helpfully in reducing muscle and overall back and neck pain. It also can increase skin and elasticity while helping sleep. Another wonderful holiday gift idea for those you know that are health and beauty conscious or are having trouble with muscular pain and sleep.
