Picking Wild Flowers
I wore this relaxed Chicwish dress this past Sunday evening and after getting some strawberry ice-cream we headed to pick some flowers. It was a very hot and humid day and not surprisingly, Monday was consumed with thunderstorms all day. My perfect kind of day for cuddling and reading. Anyways, we both started out perfectly pressed, cute, and clean but ended up wrinkled, frazzled, and some what sweaty. It isn't always glam! I know our photographer was likely feeling the same after capturing our time. Sorry Rony!
About The Look: Chicwish Outstanding Together Off-Shoulder Dress. It's raw cut hem makes it ideal for relaxed days where you're not worried about looking entirely put together. It's another throw on and go look that I feel is a must have in your wardrobe.
I paired it with a Jimmy Choo bag that surprisingly, I've been wearing non-stop despite the seemingly difficult color combination. It actually blends quite well with just about everything. (Don't fear a statement bag investment) I'm a huge fan of the shape and style of this bag and I'll likely end up with a few more in different colors. My shoes are 2016 Chloe but don't quote me on that. The finishing touch was lovely custom hats from TwoBakedBuns. My hat says Evocative for obvious reasons and we customized Brooks with her nick name (Brookie)
Tip: Traveling with straw hats? Bring your steamer in case it gets bent to help bring it back to proper shape!
As summer is drawing to an end I've been increasingly busy. With Fashion week coming, school starting, and Ballet starting up for Brooke, I'm having trouble finding a moment just to 'be.' Are you guys feeling the same or is the end of your summer a nice wind down?
