Hope you all are enjoying your Labor Day. I'm coming to you from inside my husbands truck where, just moments ago, I about ripped my entire finger off in the car door. Currently licking my wounds and saying a prayer for my fresh set (RIP NAILS)

Today, I'm sharing how I styled two different DVF dresses with a focus on tones & pattern play for the upcoming season.

The first is a light-weight sweater dress which is always a good purchase this time of year. I added an essential pair of white sneakers & Phillip Lim tote (Get a similar Moschino one HERE for under $150!) to keep it all day appropriate. Finishing the look with some edge by adding a pair of Le Specs and a bold lip via Buxom.

The next look is a dress that's style is explicitly drawing me in as we head to the upcoming season. I'm talking about an almost crafty feeling of mixing patterns. I mainly prefer pattern on wrap dresses because while ultra flattering on nearly all body shapes, I feel that lighter color options without pattern tend to not be as favorable to everyone's backside due to the lack of form.  Just a thought as I'm sitting in a light pink wrap dress contemplating my new booty routine after this baby is born. ;) I added a pair round toes studded mules that I love traveling in. They're from Matisse and currently on sale. When under accessorizing, adding more detail via pattern, embellishment, and visually appealing structure, works in your favor.

Hope you guys enjoy the rest of your day & because it's LD, I didn't want to sign off here without including some amazing designer deals 50% off + more.
